Autumn is well and truly here and what an exciting prospect! The cooler nights mixed with semi-warm days means for your wardrobe loads of transeasonal pieces. Caramels, browns and greys are always part of autumn inspiration but touches of cobalt blue and red are very much a trend this season. Ask a friend what they envy on you or find out what figure you have by completing an online shape finder. The reason this is so important is because no matter how many designer pieces you have, how amazing they may look on the hanger or how much you love them, without dressing for your shape, you may be hiding away that gorgeous asset that makes you unique.
The next step is cleaning out your wardrobe. Be ruthless and unforgiving. Keep pieces that are timeless like your LBD, denims and blazers. Modernizing your wardrobe helps you feel confident and inspired as well as being functional every time you plan an outfit. So don’t loathe the experience. Tribal: An Inherited Style
Tribal style has it’s roots in 2011, but in 2012 it lingers with bold colours softened by autumn’s earthy contrasts.
